This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all online purchases of goods made through https://nuvexabiologix.com (“Site”) by you (“Customer”) from Nuvexa Biologix LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 Orders & Payment
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
1.2 By submitting an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. You authorize Nuvexa Biologix LLC to charge your designated payment method for all amounts due, including taxes, shipping, and handling.
1.3 Prices and promotions may change without notice. Orders are billed in U.S. dollars.
2 Shipping & Delivery
2.1 Shipping is handled via reputable carriers. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
2.2 Risk of loss passes to the Customer once items are transferred to the carrier.
2.3 If a package is refused or returned undeliverable, Customer may be charged shipping and restocking fees.
3 Returns, Refunds & Disputes
3.1 Products may be returned only if defective or damaged in transit. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and authorized by us before shipment.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned goods are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
3.3 If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to initiate a dispute, please email support@nuvexabiologix.com within 30 days of purchase. We will review and resolve in good faith per FTC and Texas consumer-protection standards.
4 Use of Products
Our products are for lawful use only and should be used strictly according to label instructions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional before use.
5 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUVEXA BIOLOGIX LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S).
6 Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Nuvexa Biologix LLC from any claims arising from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.
7 Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
